A Work in Progress – Greenhithe Project
This evolving outdoor space showcases the flexibility of our Anchorjak™ Longspan Joist System, paired with the Cornakeepa overlay to create a clean, modern, and permeable tile deck. Designed to sit flush with the interior floor level and adjacent pool, the system achieves seamless indoor-outdoor flow while maintaining drainage and structural integrity.
The entire frame is constructed over J Vice™ Ground Screw Piles, eliminating the need for traditional concrete footings and reducing site disruption. The result is a low-maintenance, high-performance solution ideal for complex architectural outdoor areas.
